Our Holiday Christmas tour kicks of this Friday. When we are in your area try and come out and join Commander Sandy Sandell and Auxiliary President Ree Ann Ross as we bring Holiday greeting to the patients and residents of the various facilities across our state.
The January DEC meeting reservations should have been turned in by now. If you need a room please let us know ASAP. The Homeless dinner is at the same facility and ads and tickets should be ordered ASAP.
Our Department Chaplain Douglas Etter has received orders to Iraq and will leave this Friday for a year. I am sure we will all keep Doug and his family in our prayers as he serves our great Nation. Doug is spending the precious short time with his family before his departure, but I’m sure he would appreciate our Legion Family members dropping him a card or an e-mail of support.
