We urge the US Congress to amend the Internal Revenue Code to authorize the Secretary of the United States Treasury to annually set the charitable mileage rate, and the Secretary of the United States Treasury should maintain the charitable mileage rate at least half (50%) of the standard mileage rate for business

We urge the Veterans Administration to change the rules in Title 38, Part 3, 1603, to include those indigent and unclaimed Honorably Discharged veterans no having wartime service or service connected disability to be afforded the same benefits as veterans who are recognized as Honorably Discharged wartime veterans

We urge our Federal Government to support maintaining Veterans Day separate from any other Federal Holiday, and consistent with the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month

We urge our Federal Government to ensure the military to be able to secure the necessary equipment, arms, and any other necessary item to protect he National Security of the United States and that we as a Nation should not rely on other nations or foreign companies to equip our military

We urge our Federal Government to reject selling or sharing of the military airwaves to public/private phone companies, internet companies, or any other private/public company that engages in wireless communication

We encourage our Federal Government to oppose any changes to the Veterans Millennium Health Care and Benefits Act of 1999 that will lessen the level of staffing and Extended Care Services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs in VA facilities

We request the Federal Government and the members of Congress to restrict the future disposal of military properties to foreign governments and foreign investors

We encourage our Federal Government to reopen the National Service Life Insurance program for a minimum of one year for all disabled veterans within underwriting criteria similar to that of the Veterans Reopened Program of 1965-1966, to include a similar reopened period for the service-disabled insurance program for those veterans in good health except for their service-connected disability, regardless of the date of their service connected rating, and that such reopened issues be at a maximum optional face value at a level that appropriately reflects current inflationary experience

We encourage our Federal Government to allow the National Flag to be flown at half-staff for the entire day on Memorial Day, May 30th, beginning at 12:01 a.m. until 12:00 midnight, but only in accordance with The United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Paragraph 174 9a), which states the Flag may be flown during the hours of darkness if properly illuminated
