A moment is sacred with the almost visible presence of the ones who have gone before.  We honor their memory as the one who offered life and service for God and Country, the one who has now enrolled in that great spirit army whose footfalls cause no sound.  But in our memory, their souls go marching on.  Proudly we remember their service in time of war.  Because of them, our lives are free; because of them our Nation lives; because of them the world is blessed.  May today deepen our reverence for our honored comrades and friends.
